The NTCC STEM Center is a Science, Technology, Engineering and Math facility for the new Northshore Technical Community College campus location on Highway 434 in Lacombe, Louisiana. The goal of the project was to provide a flexible technology- enhanced classroom and administration building to expand the strategic provisions of the Community College for serving the post K-12 educational population for the state of Louisiana. The new 27,500 sq. ft. single story facility is clad in brick, contemporary metal panels and cement stucco. The building features flexible meeting and instructional spaces, classrooms, lab spaces, a central student commons and administration spaces. Completed in 2017, the facility is the first building of the campus, and is designed as part of the new 850 acre Tamanend development in St. Tammany Parish.
