Orion Instruments new 49,000 square foot facility is located on 6.18 acres of land located in Baton Rouge, LA. The masterplan is designed to accommodate 31,000 square feet of fabrication shop, 18,000 square feet of office space, and 55,600 square feet of future expansion area.

The facility will house the companies’ production and administrative operations. The administrative office includes management, engineering, marketing, accounting, R&D, and associated support spaces. The fabrication area will be climate controlled and will house the production facilities for the company. The image of the office building is designed to reflect the industrial nature of the company while still providing a comfortable office environment.
