Project Architect

Herb Thomas has over 15 years of experience in the Design+Build Industry. He has a wealth of experience collaborating with clients, professionals of record, other designers, engineering consultants, product manufacturers, state & local officials, contractors on the programming, design, development, documentation, permitting and construction phases of commercial and residential projects.

Herb has been actively engaged in design/build process of a variety of single and multi-family residential as well as commercial renovations, tenant build-outs, and new construction projects including the progression of a New Urbanism Development in a project management capacity.

Herb Thomas holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Louisiana Tech University and is actively pursuing his professional licensure.
